I would like to thank those out there for my freedoms. I wold like to thank those who gave there lives, and there families for giving up family members to serve time to keep my life happy and safe. Past. Present. Future.
You have done things that i can never thank you enough for.
I was reminded most of all how much they did when my dad was questioned (in a fun way) about his US citizenship. I have never really heard him get so passionate about something before. The comment might have been out of jest, but his reaction hit me and made me think.
I am not strong enough, fast enough, or brave enough. And i am thankful for them and that they are. So i thank you willing service men and women. Past, Present, and Future. And to those of you who aren't well there are other countries that would welcome you.

Neurology Appointment
I went to the neurologist today. Gave him my headache chart. He said it didn't really look like they went together.
So he said two things he wanted to try next. (I know all the tests right) My next one is that he prescribed an "old school" blood pressure medicine. Not for my blood pressure because it looks really good every time i have come in. But that they also use it to help with migraines. Apparently you can have migraines and not feel the pain just feel the symptoms. So for 3 weeks i will take this and chart my headaches and numbness.
The 2nd is that i go in tomorrow and get a blood test for diabetes. Sometimes diabetes can cause nerve numbness but not usually sporadic like mine. But because diabetes runs in the family he wants me to do a blood test. So my blood test is tomorrow and my other test goes over 3 weeks.

update
So the sunday after my surgery was horrendous!!! i slept all day. every 3 hours i would wake and have a pounding migraine. The pain pill wouldn't touch it and it made me very nauseated. I didn't touch much food that day. I ended up throwing up that night. Not a good day.
The rest of the week was better in comparison thank heavens ;). I had my follow up appointment on thursday. Torture! He told me everything was looking great and then suctioned out my nose. eck!!! I have had lots of pressure which made me feel like a bobble head. Nothing ever felt real comfortable. The doctor said that was normal and to take ibuprofen for the pressure and no more pain pills. Yeah i can be aware of my surroundings.
I still cannot or should not be lifting more then 10 lbs. I cannot have my head lower then my heart. And i will still feel week and slowly get my energy back. I did a load of laundry today ;)
I have a Neurology appointment today, and another ENT appointment on thursday. Keep you all updated.

post pics
This is me at the hospital. Yeah!!! gotta love pictures. The surgery took about an hour and a half. It went great. I
woke having a hard time breathing. There was tube
down my throat and my throat hurt so bad. My breathing would not
stay normal. And i kept throwing up. So i was not allowed to go
home till i could keep things down and walk and pee. I
could not walk till i stopped throwing up. Every time i was sat up i
would throw up. I was expected to go home around one but couldn't
get out of there till 6. It was nice to not have to stay over night.
This me at home on drugs :(I will be out for about 2 weeks. I won't be to lift over 10 lbs or cook dinner. Thank you
to all my family and friends for your prayers. I am lucky to have such wonderful
people in my life. And a wonderful husband who is helping me and supporting
me.
love you all. I will keep updated you on the progress and neurology.

Surgery
blocks in all my sinus areas they are going to fix
My surgery is tomorrow. I will be getting a phone call later today to find out what time. It
is a same day surgery unless there are complications. Some risks are that my eye
sight could be messed with because of were the sinuses are by the eyes.
The surgery will last 2-2 1/2 hours. I cannot do anything for about 2 weeks. I can't
lower my head or lift anything more then 10 lbs for about 2 weeks. I have to sleep
up right and used a sinus rinse and not blow my nose. They said i will be very tired and
have no energy and cannot over exert myself. But i should not have any bruising,
just some soreness and swelling. It will help with my overall breathing
and with the hyperventalating and hopefully with the allergies, at least i will be
able to breathe better during allergies, and should cut back on my getting colds
yeah and i will post some picture for you all and if you have questions you know who to
call. and brett can keep you posted on everything in the mean time if you so desire.
